October 7, the Izhneftemash Board of Directors decided to elect Sergey Berezin the company’s General Director.
Mr. Berezin's top task as the General Director of Izhneftemash plant is to accomplish a strategic plan to transform the company, particularly, raise its economic performance, increase its revenues and master new lines of business.
Sergey Berezin began working at Izhneftemash back in 1995 where he worked his way from a lead engineer of the sales department to the supply chain management director and executive director. In 2016-2019, under the management of Sergey Berezin, the company reached higher production figures, having increased its sales volume 1.7 times and annually mastering the production of more than 100 new equipment models and modifications.
The decision to elect Mr. Berezin the General Director was part of the Rimera Group business management system restructuring aimed at increasing production and economic efficiency of the company, causing early termination of powers of RIMERA JSC as the managing company. The break-away will help improve client experience by ensuring closer contact of the company with its clients, which will help to best meet their current and future demands.
Transition to the new management system will not affect the company’s prior obligations to its clients, vendors and creditors — Izhneftemash will continue to fulfill them in full scope according to ongoing agreements.
