The history of the Rimera Group is inextricably linked to the histories of its business units, which have more than sixty years' experience in doing business with O&G companies.

2004: a new ChelPipe business division formed. It incorporates pipeline component manufacturing companies: Pipe Bends Plant (SOT), Chelyabinsk; Magnitogorsk Mechanical Assembly Plant (MZMZ), Magnitogorsk; a fittings shop in Pervouralsk. In 2006, the trunk pipeline business expanded through addition of the major European pipeline valve manufacturer, MSA.

2007: decision made to establish Rimera as an oilfield equipment manufacturing and services company. In 2008, further assets are incorporated into the division: the electric submersible pump systems manufacturer Alnas, companies providing well logging services in Western Siberia, and Izhneftemash, Russia's leading manufacturer of sucker rod pump systems.

2010 - 2011: substantial changes in the Rimera Group structure: the services companies are merged to form the Rimera-Service network of subsidiaries; JSC «Pipeline Bends» and MZMZ merged to form Pipe Bends Plant; the companies providing well logging services merged into Yuganskneftegazgeofizika, with a subsidiary in Tomsk.

Summer 2011: Acquisition of Noyabrsk Central Tube Base makes Rimera Group one of the largest independent players in the oilfield services market.

Spring 2014: GK "Rimera" has received the certificate of reorganization of Rimera-Service" in the form of takeover of Noyabrsk Central pipe base (LLC NCTB). From this moment the service assets of the group of companies "Rimera" start to work under the brand of "Rimera-Service".
