The plan was announced by Sergey Sachenko, Alnas Executive Director, during his traditional meeting with personnel. “Today we already have a near 100% workload. Our sales to Rosneft alone will amount to RUR 1.3bn, which is around 30% of our order portfolio. Our output expansion potential calculated, we place our stake on the effect from our plant modernization program. Modern machining centers provided in our mechanical shop will debottleneck our production processes and greatly improve our capacity to meet our clients' requirements,” Sergey Sachenko said in his address to the staff.

According to him, these are the objectives targeted by the ongoing cost saving, performance and quality improvement programs.
As reported earlier, during his January visit to Alnas Ravil Zaripov, the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, noted the recent improvements which had taken place in the mentioned areas, saying, “In 2013 Alnas reported better labor productivity, cost reduction and, from the second half onward, a 30% monthly sales volume gain over 2012. Definitely, a good start. In 2014 we expect Alnas to take a leap forward both in terms of increasing production volume and completing its order portfolio.”
