Two modern units of the 0615ETsNAKI5-25ITv compression arrangement have been in use at the company's field since 2012. Their current mean time to failure in a well of the Ulyanovskoye field is 464 days, and in a well of the Severo-Labatyuganskoye field – 462 days. During pilot testing, the equipment completed the acceptance minimum while preserving its technical and energy parameters, and the time of its failsafe operation continues to increase.
These unique pump units are designed for production of oil with above-normal concentrations of mechanical impurities and free gas at the pump intake. Installation of compression arrangements made by Alnas eliminates the labor-intensive process of using adjusting shims. The time it takes to install a pump unit has been reduced roughly twofold, making it possible to reduce well downtime and minimize the cost of lifting fluids to the surface.
Part of Rimera Group, Alnas plant is currently the only Russian manufacturer of pumps with a compression arrangement from Ni-resist cast iron in the low flow-rate segment. Successful pilot tests in Surgutneftegaz wells have practically proven the reliability of new equipment", says Rimera Group R&D Center Director Sergei Sibiriov.
