The members of Rimera Group’s oilfield services and geophysical investigations divisions have won the right for delivering products and providing services throughout 2013 to one of Rosneft’s largest subsidiaries. This was made possible by the two companies winning contracts offered at the end of last year by the Yuganskneftegaz producing company for comprehensive well-logging services and maintenance of oilfield equipment.
According to the terms of the partnership, Rimera’s geophysical investigations company, Yuganskneftegazgeofizika, will provide a package of well-logging services to the producing company in 2013. The scope of the package includes all-round logging of the customer’s wells, including special tests such as cross-dipole sonic shear imaging.
The Rimera-Service branch in Nefteyugansk has acquired the right for providing comprehensive ESP service, electric submersible equipment repair, and manufacture of cable lines and extenders on several O&G production sites in the Mamontovsky area including the Kudrinskoye, Teplovskoye, Yefremovskoye and Mamontovskoye fields. The stock comprises more than 950 wells, making the total number of wells serviced by the branch close to 2,400.
“Our relationship with Yuganskneftegaz is currently growing dynamically. According to the subtotal results of the year, the sales of submersible equipment repair and maintenance services grew by more than 25 percent compared to a similar period of the year before last year,” Rimera Group General Director Olga Naumova comments on the relationship with Russia’s largest oil producer.
RN-Yuganskneftegaz, the largest Rosneft company, operates in Nefteyugansk and Pyt-Yakh, in Nefteyugansk, Surgut and Khanty-Mansiysk Districts, Khanty–Mansi Autonomous Okrug / Yugra.
