The audit has been conducted by DQS, a respectable certification organization accredited by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF). As a result of the inspection, the Quality Management System of Alnas as a manufacturer of vehicle components, has got a high praise.

“Alnas got a certificate of conformity to the automotive industry’s international standard in 2014. This year, following the inspection audit, the plant has proved its compliance with ISO/TS 16949 without any criticism. The certificate has been prolonged until March 31st, 2017”, says Sergey Shunin, Alnas Executive Director.

Today Alnas produces over 40 moulded items for car components and 20 items of front brake discs for cars and minivans. They are fabricated from gray cast iron using the world leaders’ equipment (DISA, Denmark; Hessapp, EMAG, Germany). The processing units enable the plant to annually produce up to 13.2 thousand tons of moulded components and 850 thousand brake discs.
