Over the 12 months 2015, the proceeds of Izhneftemash (part of Rimera Group) from sold oilfield equipment increased by 24% to make up 2,697 mln. rubles.

This increase is mainly due to the growing sales volume and change in the product portfolio. In 2015, Izhneftemash produced total 474 horsehead pumps, 189 gear reducers, 84 drill pipe tongs and suspended tongs; 4557 bottomhole pumps, almost 900 thous. tubing collars, and 131 wheeled batching plants and cementing units.

Major share in the sales volume belonged to new equipment: УНБ2-250х50К twin cementers, УС-50х20К and УСП-20К batching plants. Against 2014, the share of new machinery in Izhneftemash’s sales volume increased by 11% (from 6% to 17%).

76% of the plant’s products were supplied to the domestic market. The consumers were major Russian oil producers Surgutneftegaz, Rosneft, Lukoil, Tatneft and Bashneft.

In monetary terms, the export sales increased by 45% to make up 24% in the total sales volume. Like it was in 2014, the main partner of Izhneftemash in foreign trade became Kazakhstan: the shipments to this country amounted to 50% of the exported volume. The supplies to Venezuela increased 4.7 times; those to Turkmenistan - 4.5 times.

“In 2015, Izhneftemash was able to reach these figures through deployment of new equipment. enhancement of the production system and expansion of the sales markets”, says Igor Korytko, Izhneftemash Executive Director. “The work along those vectors will continue in 2016”.
