Rimera Launches Serial Production of New Oilfield Equipment

The compression assembly configuration pump 0615ETsNAKI5-100ITv-2050E is designed for production of oil with above-normal concentrations of mechanical impurities and free gas at the pump intake. Designed to improve the reliability of oil production units, this equipment features high head and energy parameters. The efficiency of Series 0615 pumps increases during their life cycle, up by 10-15% after two or three months of operation compared to regular pumps. Unlike foreign-made pumps, the new equipment comes with a unique installation technology that eliminates the use of adjusting shims, resulting in a two-fold reduction in installation time and making the entire process less labor-intensive.
The new equipment has passed the acceptance target of 180 days in normal operation mode at the Luginetskoye Field of Tomskneft, all the while maintaining the declared technical and energy parameters, and continues to run to this day. Tomskneft has recommended Rimera's innovation for serial production.
“More than twenty Series 0615 pump units are already in operation at various oil production companies. The first units entered service in November 2012 in wells of Surgutneftegaz and Slavneft and continue to run to this day. The maximum mean time to failure of the compression pumps is currently 714 days (in a Surgutneftegaz well), and it is therefore safe to say that Rimera engineers have achieved their objective of prolonging the service life of pumps in difficult wells,” says Rimera Group R&D Center Director Sergei Sibiriov.
