In late May, the Czech manufacturing company MSA, a member of Rimera Group, won a contract to deliver 309 Class 150, Class 300, Class 600 and Class 900 pipeline valves ranging from 2 inches to 24 inches in diameter to the Dutch company Technip. The contract provides for delivery of ANSI gate valves, swing check valves, and two globe valves with pressure seal bonnets. The total value of the contract exceeds € 470,000. The end-buyer of the valves is the Belarusian petrochemical company Naftan.
The valves are intended for a hydrogen plant construction project in Novopolotsk, Belarus. MSA is planning to ship the products before October 2013.
Besides the May contract, Rimera's Czech Plant is in the process of manufacturing € 500,000 worth of valves for Naftan, to be delivered in August 2013.
