The 0115ЭTsNAKI 5А-700М3 pump system uses new high performance single-support pump stages. Sections now feature guaranteed alignment and reduced vibration due to shorter shaft overhang and the use of end pieces with radial bearings optimally distributed along the section length. Axis-free assembly is yet another novelty greatly increasing pump life.
Currently the factory is completing the preproduction engineering phase with a list of qualification tests for a pilot batch already approved. Special hardware and tools are all ready.
«The new pump fully satisfies the oil companies' requirements,» comments Konstantin Samsonov, Rimera Group Commercial Director. «The system's improved head and rate characteristics and peak efficiency as well as reliable performance in severe abnormal well conditions are the qualities we rely on for further development and more good work with our regular customers. First upgraded units will go to Rimera Group's Rimera-Service network of service centers and then to the oilfields run by the largest domestic oil companies. The new pump system stands a good chance of becoming one of the most demanded models in the oil production market before too long.»
Currently sales of new equipment to Russian oil and gas producers account for more than 20% of Alnas' total output.
