As a result of a recent tender, Rimera Group's Alnas has won a contract to supply 260 control stations for Rosneft oilfields. The contract has a total value of RUR 130 million.
The first portion of 136 ESP control stations is scheduled for delivery before the end of Q2 2014.
The control stations for Rosneft will be produces by an Alnas branch based in Obninsk (Kaluga region). The branch is a specialized manufacturer of telemetry systems, control stations and controllers for Almetyevsk-made pumps.
The control stations ordered by Rosneft feature building block layout, which helps to improve hardware maintainability for more reliable operation.
“Today Rosneft is Rimera's largest client in the Russian market. In 2013 the government company purchased more than RUR 4.5bn worth of Rimera's equipment and services,” says Sergey Brezitsky, Rimera Group General Director, pointing out the dynamics of the relationship. “Our cooperation geography extends over four subjects of the Russian Federation: Yamalo-Nenets and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrugs, Orenburg and Tomsk regions.”
