The Rimera oilfield equipment will undergo pilot testing at Rosneft’s RN-Stavropolneftegaz subsidiary. The shipment will include both trusty 0215ETsNAKI5-35I mass-produced units and brand-new compression design pumps. The range of high efficiency equipment fully meets the current requirements of oil companies. Innovative design choices give these pump systems longer operational life and allow production in wells with solids content of up to one gram per liter. These systems are more efficient and have lower maintenance costs.
The 0215(2215) system won a good reputation during tests at RN-Purneftegaz at the end of 2012, living up to declared performance. A modular high-temperature resistant protector design capable of withstanding end thrust successfully passed the pilot testing along with the pump system.
“We obtained very good performance from operation of 222ETsNAKI5-35F-1500 pumps that use polymer impellers. That equipment has run for 228 days and continues to produce oil. This design is intended for covering the equipment needs of Russian oil companies for wells complicated with salt,” says Ildar Ismailov, director of the Alnas engineering center.
The many good ratings received by Rimera’s Almetyevsk-based company as a result of the pilot tests are an endorsement of the group’s strategy, aimed at creating a game-changing range of energy-efficient, wear-resistant equipment and improving its useful qualities.
Alnas received 16 statements of successful pilot testing in 2012.
