Seven months into the year, Alnas sets a six-year record in sales of innovations. From a year earlier, new equipment sales tripled, reaching 27% of total sales volume.
Rimera's new line of pumps is special for 16.5% greater head and efficiency. The new equipment also consumes 22% less power, which is yet another competitive advantage. Among Alnas' innovations, floating-configuration pump systems and 0615 compression units find the readiest market. Apart from their unique design, the new pumps feature impellers with working members made of heavy duty Ni-resist cast iron.
«The modern period of oil industry development is characterized by abnormal oilfield conditions, which makes oilfield equipment requirements stricter than ever. Rimera's new line of high performance pumps is called to satisfy oil workers' needs in production areas where their old equipment fails,» says Sergey Sibirev, Rimera's Research and Development Center Director.
According to the designers, today's most promising R&D projects are dual completion process systems and small diameter pump systems with increased head and efficiency. Currently the key users of Alnas equipment are such leading Russian and international oil companies as Rosneft, LUKOIL, Gazprom Neft, and Belorusneft.
