Andrey Yevgenyevich Sharashkin, Russia’s consul general in Brno, Czech Republic, has paid a visit to the MSA manufacturing company in the town of Dolní Benešov to attend a presentation of the company’s modernization program, which began in 2011 and will conclude in 2014.

The activities, aimed at expanding and upgrading MSA manufacturing facilities, will help create new jobs, give a boost to the local economy, and promote industrial cooperation between Russia and the Czech Republic.
With its 120 year history, MSA is, beyond all doubt, a school of pipeline valve making. MSA is part of the Russian Rimera Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of ChelPipe.
Sharashkin took a tour of the plant, visiting the new workshop and noting the extensive scale of the MSA investment program.
“It is with pleasure that I visit MSA every time,” the consul general said. “I can call it a model, steadily growing company with Russian participation and a world-renowned name. I view it as a successful combination of MSA’s global trademark with Rimera Group, which ensures stability through a group-wide contract package—in addition to the company’s own, independent market. This is a case of everyone winning.”
