The consignment consists of tie-in spools, condensate tank spools, treatment product discharge spools and condensate tank bubble gas supply spools. The assemblies are made of steel К60 and 09G2S protected with Pk-60 anticorrosive coating. The shipment will be accepted by inspection service provider Business Trend, Ltd.

The pipe spools will complement Ekaterinovka and Bubnovka compressor stations built as part of the reconstruction of Urengoy – Novopskov gas pipeline at its Petrovsk – Pisarevka section, in the run up to the commissioning of the South Stream gas pipeline. SOT manufacturing company has been supplying pipe spools to Gazprom for years. In 2012-2013 Chelyabinsk-made units were provided for Novoprivodinskaya, Sosnogorskaya and Pisarevka compressor stations.

“Our pipe spool workshop has been there for eight years. It uses state-of-the-art welding equipment supplied by leading foreign and domestic brands, which allows us to complete orders to most demanding specifications,” says Leonid Malamud, SOT Executive Director. “As one of the key advantages of our production line, our welding equipment is uniquely positioned overhead on flexible mountings and can be moved around within the production perimeter. This makes the welders' work a lot easier, contributing to higher quality and speed.”
