«Alnas» plant has successfully passed the second inspection audit for conformance of the Quality management system (QMS) and Environmental management system (EMS) to GOST R ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2016 standards.
The auditors of the independent certification authority «Povolzhsky certification training and methodical center» have inspected production workshops and auxiliary services of «Alnas» plant responsible for quality and production of oil-submersible equipment, as well as the plant’s compliance with environmental standards.
Based on the inspection results, Almetyevsk enterprise of Group of companies «Rimera» has confirmed the conformance of QMS and EMS compliance certificates received in 2017 to GOST R ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2016 standards.
— «Alnas» plant annually invests into upgrading production sections responsible for product quality. During the last three years, test and laboratory equipment were upgraded, up-to-date methods of alloy composition analysis and measurement of product geometry using digital technology were adopted at «Alnas». Moreover, in 2019 we put into operation the equipment complex for horizontal impregnation and drying of electric submersible motors stator coils using currents, which allows performing automated process control, — comments the Executive Director of «Alnas» plant, Ildar Khairullin.
«Alnas» plant has all the necessary compliance certificates for production of oil-submersible equipment — with management systems of GOST R ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2016, IATF 1649:2016 and technical regulations of the Customs Union 004/2011, 010/2011.
