Rimera Group supplied new oil production equipment to Belarus and Uzbekistan

Rimera Group’s Izhevsk plant (part of ChelPipe Group), one of the top Russian oil engineering companies, made the first supply of high-capacity sucker rod pump (SRP) motors to CIS oil producers.

According to contracts, Izhneftemash manufactured and shipped 10-ton and 12-ton pump jacks to Belorussian and Uzbek oil companies. A total of 46 oil production equipment units was supplied in the first six months of 2020.

The equipment is fitted with own-produced units having improved strength characteristics, for which more than 130 machining devices, dummies and reference gauges were specifically designed and made. The pump jacks have specially designed RT-58 triple reduction gearboxes with high-speed torque and higher load-bearing capacity, as well as new cranks and counter weights. Compared to regular pump jack gearboxes, the RT-58 has faster torque and higher load-bearing capacity.

Izhneftemash equipment has better strength specifications and will help our clients boost oil production efficiency at conventional fields. The products successfully passed an inspection for compliance with client requirements before shipment.

"Rimera Group offers its clients integrated solutions, which help establish an optimum oil production flow and cut down the costs of well stock operation. Export of Izhneftemash products to foreign markets in 2019 was 2.2 times up from the previous year, and it remains the company’s priority line of business in 2020. The new pump jacks have a great potential to be sold further both in Russia and the CIS," says the CEO of Rimera Group Stanislav Veliky.

In the first six months of 2020, Izhneftemash also supplied oil production equipment to Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.
