The Head of Almetyevsk municipal district, Timur Nagumanov, the Executive Director of «Alnas» plant (a member of oilfield services division of ChelPipe Group — Group of companies «Rimera»), Ildar Khairullin, Chief military officer of Almetyevsk, Rishat Sabirov, students of the «College of the Future of Tatarstan» and parents of the servicemen visited the sponsored military unit of the 14th Air Force and Air Defense army of the Ministry of Defense in settlement Mirny in Samara region.
The command staff of the military unit arranged a site tour for the guests and a meeting with servicemen, 23 of whom have graduated from the educational project «College of the Future of Tatarstan». They serve at the sponsored military unit due to the agreement of cooperation between «Alnas» plant, Recruitment office of Republic of Tatarstan, Almetyevsk professional college and military unit of the 14th Air Force and Air Defense army of the Ministry of Defense signed in March 2019.
— Thanks to interaction between «College of the Future of Tatarstan» and the sponsored military unit, the students of «College of the Future of Tatarstan» have a clear understanding of the military service long before the conscription. It should be mentioned, that after completion of the military service we are waiting the best graduates to work at production and service sites of Group of Companies «Rimera», — emphasized the Director of «Alnas» plant, Ildar Khairullin.

Since 2012 ChelPipe Group realizes the program of cooperation with military units, within the framework of which the graduates of the educational program «The future of white metallurgy» and the project «College of the Future of Tatarstan» carry their military conscription in sponsored military units of Chelyabinsk, Sverdlovsky and Samara region. During the seven years of the cooperation program existence over 200 graduates of the program «Future of white metallurgy» carried their service there — major part of them came to work at ChelPipe Group after fulfilling their service.
